Michelle
Office Manager
Michelle Moore serves as the office manager and has been part of the practice since 2011. She brings a unique blend of clinical knowledge and administrative experience to her role, helping the office run smoothly while supporting both patients and team members.
Michelle earned her dental assisting and radiology certification in 1994. She also completed an associate degree in graphic art and design at Keiser University in 2008 and became a licensed real estate broker in 2018. Her broad background adds depth and versatility to her work in the practice.
Michelle loves that the team and patients feel like family. She values the relationships built in the office and enjoys creating a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the door. Outside of work, Michelle has been married to her husband, Aaron, for 15 years and enjoys life with their dog, Roman. She likes road trips, visiting family, traveling to new places, spending time outdoors, working on graphic design projects and real estate. Michelle was born in Pennsylvania and moved to Sarasota in 1992.
Justin
Dental Hygienist
Justin is a dental hygienist who joined the practice in March 2016. He enjoys being part of the team and says the practice feels like a second family to him. He studied at the University of Florida and also completed the dental hygiene program at St. Petersburg College. Justin uses his background and experience to build personal connections with patients and help them feel welcome in the practice. He believes that creating a comfortable and friendly environment is an important part of excellent care.
Justin grew up in Clearwater, where his mother and father still live, and he has an older brother who lives in New Port Richey. Outside the office, he enjoys being active outdoors, gardening at home, working out, biking and swimming.
Laurel
Dental Assistant
Laurel is a dental assistant who has been part of the practice since around 2014. She is known for the strong chemistry she shares with the team and for the comfort she helps create for patients during their visits.
With many years of experience, Laurel contributes to the success of the practice through her skill with procedures, her efficiency and her ability to help patients feel comfortable. She also values connecting with patients through kindness and empathy, helping each person feel welcome and cared for throughout treatment.
